Offshore monopiles are getting bigger and bigger! The current trend shows that diameters of up to 15 m and in some cases even larger are no longer uncommon. For the optimal production of these large cylindrical and also conical workpieces, HAEUSLER has developed special innovations in cooperation with its customers, which significantly simplify and accelerate the production. 

In principle, HAEUSLER recommends a 4-roll plate bending machine including suitable accessories for the pre-bending and rounding of the workpieces, while a 3-roll plate bending machine is recommended for the subsequent calibration of the workpieces.
